What types of cakes do you offer?

Cakes by Brianne specializes in bespoke buttercream cakes for intimate celebrations and events. I do not create themed, sculpted, novelty, or fondant cakes. Please refer to my gallery or Instagram page for visual examples of my design style.

What is the difference between a Custom Cake and a Celebration Cake?

Custom cakes start at $125 and can be designed with the appearance, flavor, and exact shape or size cake desired. Custom cakes can be ordered anywhere between 2 months to 3 weeks prior to your event. Your order includes a brief consultation and unique Cakes by Brianne design.

Celebration cakes are available in my 2 most popular cake sizes, 6 most popular flavors, and 6 most popular styles. Sure to be a crowd pleaser, this semi-customized option can be ordered 2 months to 1 week prior to your event. Because there are fewer customizable options, these cakes are offered at a different price point than fully custom cakes and make a perfect showstopping alternative.

When should I order my cake?

Custom cakes can be ordered 2 months-3 weeks prior to your event date. Celebration cakes can be ordered 2 months – 1 week prior to your event date.

My weekly availability is limited and advance notice is required. Your order is not complete until I have confirmed availability and received your deposit.

What does my cake order include?

Every cake is displayed on a premium and sturdy cake drum, as well as packaged in a high quality bakery box. With your order, you will receive both Cake Care Instructions, as well as Cake Cutting Suggestions. You will also receive a high resolution professional image of your cake once complete.

How does the custom ordering process work?

All order inquiries must fill out an inquiry form to be considered. Upon submission, I will follow up with you within 48 hours. If available, we will finalize a design for your cake and I will send you a quote. You have 24 hours to pay 50% of the total via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. 2 weeks prior to your celebration date, I will reach out to you for your flavor decisions, final guest count, and any other final details.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Cakes by Brianne cannot guarantee products that are completely free of allergens. I do offer some gluten and dairy free options, but my kitchen does contain items with gluten, dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and other possible cross contaminants. Please inform me of any allergy restrictions upon ordering.
